8 working days after you share the final text and your advance payment clears.
Can I make changes to the design?
No design changes can be made, including colours, fonts or layouts.

Can I edit the invitation after seeing the draft?
Once you receive the first static draft of the invitation, you have 1 additional round to make any text changes you like. Changes to the video once animated are NOT permitted.
Can you share open files or fonts of the invitation?
We do not share any open files, fonts or other design elements.
Can the Pixie Dust branding be removed from the invitation?
As per company policy, the Pixie Dust mark is placed, with reasonable restraint, on all our designs.
Can you share an additional version of the invitation with different text?
We provide text adaptations of the invitation for a flat fee of INR 3000 per version.
Can I get a static / PDF version of my video invitation?
We provide static invitations along with videos for an additional cost of INR 3500.
Can you add a caricature to the invitation?
Caricatures can only be accommodated in our bespoke couture invitations. Please contact our team for more information.
Can you customize an invitation for me?
We have a concierge service to customize invitations from scratch. Please get in touch with our team for more details about our couture invitations.
Can you create print invitations, stationery and other collateral for my wedding?
We provide packages to ensure your entire wedding is designed as per your aesthetic. Please contact our team to learn more.
Do you copy-proof / spell check the invitations?
We do not copy proof any invitations. We share drafts of the invite so that you can ensure all text is as per your requirement before we share the final version.
